17 years ago I fell ill with an incurable disease. It is called "love for Italy". In 2003 I came to Italy for the first time without knowing a single word of Italian. I spent 2 weeks in Rome, visiting Assisi, Perugia, Florence. She came back completely shocked. He started studying Italian, he read a lot about the history and culture of Italy.

Traveling is one of my main hobbies. But I realized that in any country in the world I miss Italy. Every year I studied a new part of it. The disease turned out to be contagious. I love Italy and my son. And a dream arose - to acquire a corner to spend as much time as possible in this country. In my travels, I started looking for options for buying real estate in Italy. My financial possibilities were quite limited and after a while I decided that my dream was not destined to come true. I have decided that I can only afford to buy accommodation in Georgia, which in my opinion is Eastern Italy. And when I've already begun to consider options, the case led me to Anna.

We met in February 2019 and in April I flew to Calabria towards my dream. The options have already been prepared for me. And literally on the fourth option, I stopped. It all happened in three days. We have concluded a preliminary contract with Antonio. The payment was made in stages. In September I flew to Tropea to conclude a definitive agreement. In the process of preparing for the conclusion of the contract, I was consulted by a lawyer provided by the firm. Within a clearly specified time frame, the transaction was certified by a notary. And here is my first evening in Briatico and the first night in my apartment

After the deal was closed, I was invited to a wonderful fish restaurant where we celebrated our deal

A few days later Antonio helped me to conclude contracts for the payment of utilities and electricity. And this is absolutely voluntary!

Unfortunately, the circumstances with the closure of the borders did not call me this spring to come to Briatico. I was worried about paying for the shared flat. And here I was also offered help! I am very satisfied with the purchase, we are waiting for the opening of the borders.
